These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, operated by LJ As-Builts, LLC (“LJ As-Builts,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02The website is informational

Content on this site — including service descriptions, project photos, sample drawings, and linked resources — is provided for general information. It is not a proposal, contract, or professional deliverable. Professional services are engaged only through a separate written proposal or agreement between you and LJ As-Builts, LLC, which will control over anything on this site.

03Plan analyzer — estimates only

The plan analyzer is an automated tool that reads uploaded plan sets to produce a preliminary quantity estimate used for quoting. By using it you understand and agree that:

• Its output is an automated estimate that may be incomplete or inaccurate, and must be independently verified before any use.
• Its output is not a survey, not an as-built, not a signed-and-sealed document, and not a professional work product of any kind.
• You may not rely on the output for construction, engineering, permitting, payment, bidding, or any similar decision.
• We may review, limit, or decline any upload, and the tool may be unavailable at any time.

04Your uploads

When you upload a file you confirm that you have the right to share it with us, and you grant us permission to process it to produce the estimate and prepare a quote. Do not upload files you are not authorized to share. Uploads must not contain malicious code, and must not be unrelated to a genuine project inquiry.

05Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its services.
• Do not use automated scripts to submit forms or uploads.
• Do not misrepresent who you are when contacting us.

06Intellectual property

The site's design, text, logo, photos, and sample documents belong to LJ As-Builts, LLC or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Sample as-built drawings are shown for demonstration only.

07Third-party links

The Resources page links to government and third-party websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.

08No warranties

The site and the plan analyzer are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LJ As-Builts, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the plan analyzer. Our total liability arising from the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to professional services engaged under a separate written agreement.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11Changes

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
