LJ As-Builts, LLC (“LJ As-Builts,” “we,” “us”) provides as-built documentation, construction layout, and related field-to-office services in South Florida. 02Information we collect

• Contact form: name, company, email, phone, the service you select, and your project message — only what you type in.
• Plan uploads: if you upload a PDF plan set for a quote estimate, we receive the file you upload.
• Basic technical logs: our hosting provider records standard web server data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate and secure the site.
• We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The only browser storage this site uses is a session flag so the intro animation plays once per visit.

03How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote for your project.
• To analyze plan sets you upload so we can estimate the work (see next section).
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

04Service providers we rely on

Like most small-business websites, we use a few trusted providers to make the site work. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Vercel (website hosting and server logs).
• Web3Forms (delivers your contact-form submission to our email inbox).
• Anthropic (when the plan analyzer is active, uploaded PDFs are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to extract quantities; Anthropic does not train its models on API data by default).

05Uploaded files

Plan sets you upload are processed to generate the quantity estimate and are not stored on our web server afterward. If we prepare a quote for you, we may keep a copy of the plans as part of the project record, the same way we would if you emailed them to us.

06How long we keep information

Contact submissions arrive in our business email and are kept as long as needed for quoting, doing the work, and normal business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your choices”).

07Your choices

• You can browse this site without providing any personal information.
• You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email Leo@LJasbuilts.com and we will respond promptly.

08Children

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

09Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
